Who we are

This website is run by Krishna Vikas Areti ("KV"), a strength & conditioning coach and yoga teacher based in Hyderabad, India. Questions about this policy or your data: reach out via the contact details in the footer.

What we collect

This site has no user accounts and collects very little. When you book a free introduction call, you share your name, email address, and anything you choose to write about your goals — used only to schedule and prepare for the call. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send. That's it; we don't collect anything else, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Services we rely on

A few third-party services help run this site, and each handles some data under its own privacy policy. Bookings are scheduled through Google Calendar and calls happen on Google Meet, so Google processes your booking details. The site is hosted on Vercel, which collects basic anonymous performance metrics (no personal profiles). The "On the grid" section embeds posts directly from Instagram — when it loads, Meta may set cookies and collect data as if you visited Instagram itself; blocking third-party content in your browser prevents this and the site still works.

Testimonials

Client stories and photos on this site are published only with each client's consent. If you're a client and want your testimonial changed or removed, one message is enough.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just contact us and we'll do it. We keep booking details only as long as needed to work together. This site is intended for adults; we don't knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated.
